How Albendazole Works?

The ALBENDAZOLE tablet is an antiparasitic drug. It attaches itself to the parasite cell and causes structural disruption. Moreover, it speeds up their metabolism and prevents them from absorbing glucose, which is necessary for their development and proliferation. This lowers the parasite's energy level and results in cell death, which lessens the infection's severity. Moreover, it is important to complete the full course of therapy with Albendazole to achieve better infection control.
